Barbara's harpsichord question

Hi Anne,

Thanks, it's good to know that they will function just fine. When I looked
at the jacks I was worried about there not being a screw adjustment.

I will be at the church this week working on the piano. Perhaps I can get a
photo of the elastic then. It's just a piece that is attached to the inner
rim
with screws that spans the 4' to help the jacks return--very elegant.

I live near Peoria, Illinois area (central part of the state). The
harpsichord
lives in Bloomington/Normal, 40 miles away. I'll be bringing the
instrument to my shop (as it is), to work on it.

The base, or stand, or whatever it's called, needs some sturdying up also.

Thanks for any help!

Barbara Richmond
