Pin moves, pitch doesn't

Actually, in an experiment on a piano about to rebuilt at NBSS, Protek was applied liberally to tuning pins. Torque dropped a little in the short term, but was actually a little higher the next day! (Right, David?)

I'm a lot less panicked about it, now.

If problem is persistent in a section, treat the under felt-with Protek, no spills on the pinblock or pins please.

  Good Luck,
  Andrew
