Yup, needle nose works just fine. If you already have a tool in your 
collection which does the same job well (and more...) why get 
something else?  Independently wealthy types on this list can ignore 
this comment. ;-}

Here _is_ something which piano types CAN use. (If you aren't using a 
power driver) I've had it for _many_ years and it's saved my fingers 
_many_ times.
