The only call that's made for me is for warranty work. This dealer insists on it because he is no longer willing to pay for my time that's been wasted. Now before you go and blast me and/or the dealership, I agreed to this scenario because I despise pulling up to an empty home when all could have been prevented with a phone call. He is willing to pay me my rate if there is a 2nd no-show for warranty work. At that point it becomes the client's responsibility. We haven't had to cross that bridge yet, but I'm sure somewhere down the road we will. -Phil Bondi(Fl)
