tune an autoharp

The only Autoharp I ever tuned, I found it physically very difficult.  It 
was a fairly old one, so whether the pins in a newer one would be easier to 
manipulate, I don't know.  The instructions, which the customer still had, 
along with the little tuning lever, presupposed that the owner would do 
their own tuning. I should think it next to impossible for a non-tuner to 
manage it.
