tight pins

Although this is not likely to be a warranty issue at this point (it's still 
worth asking), I like to document this kind of thing anyway for my protection 
and the customer's, and to give credibility to any communication I have with 
the factory or dealer. On representative pins, I measure the torque in the 
"flat" direction.
