Working on an 1888 Bluthner and many jacks are rubbing on the side of the rep lever. They're rather wide so twisting the rep support post would be tricky and tapping caused one to break. Since the jacks are plenty wide I decided to remove a little from the side. Here's where 320 grit PSA sandpaper on one side of plastic card stock fit between jack and rep lever and removed sufficient material from the jack.
