This would be a great visual aid to sell Piano Saver systems.or systems like that. Could we get 2 close ups of the gauge during the dry spell and the humid times? From: pianotech-bounces at ptg.org [mailto:pianotech-bounces at ptg.org] On Behalf Of Jack Houweling Sent: Thursday, December 17, 2009 2:24 AM To: Pianotech List Subject: [pianotech] Humidity change Just to show how much movement is in wood take a look at the moisture gauge in my shop. When it was flat I thought I would record it. I marked it every other day and it is still rising. December 10th is the lowest mark and outdoor humidity was at 27%, now the humidity is at 93%. It is nice to see a visual of how much wood can move in such a short time. Regards, Jack Houweling -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
