[pianotech] Dampers in the high treble/more volume, was middle pedal

I added extra stringing braid in the tenor strings between the hitch pins 
and bridge in a 6' or 7' Yamaha grand that was now in a room that was "more 
alive" and all the "overtones" were more than the customer wanted.  That was 
sufficient to make her happy.
