Tom,
That's certainly the way it ought to work, but there's no need 
for personal resourcefulness these days. Now, from right in 
the customer's home, we can post to the technicians' Crisis 
Hotline, get a worldwide consensus of which way to turn the 
screw, and never have to figure even the simplest thing out 
for ourselves or remember any of it. So if the next screw 
encountered is a different color, we can post in again. Isn't 
it great?
