Yeah, that's how I do it - ten bucks off total bill. Yup, teacher is off my client list - I don't need that. I have no beef with parents of students, whatever they decide to do. However, like I said, if the owners of Funky Case piano don't want to do some minimal regulation and repair, I will decline to tune their piano, as I really need hammers to be hitting strings to tune it!
