Terry, Since you're wondering, here's my spiel. If the piano travels with the artists, it will be what is. Getting into anything other than tuning and making certain everything works is the order of business for the performance. If the piano is on location and did not travel with the artists, then whoever normally takes care of piano, should already know the piano, and isn't about to dive in and make the instrument into something it currently isn't. A problem would have to be something fairly significant for an artist to ask, "Is there anything you can do about this?" These have been my findings anyhow. Of course, others viewpoints may vary.
