[pianotech] Steinway S and fallboard springs

The model S in my shop has a feble little spring on the base side that a fly 
could slam shut. It rubs against the side of the fall only when open.  I use 
the (here we go again) Velcro strip method as previously posted when 
requested. The new crop comes in at Spring time.
