[pianotech] Enlarging hammer shank

Client with Acrosonic with hammer felts falling off moldings .
Got a new set of hammers from Baldwin , but they are bored too large for original shanks. 

Limited budget so not going to replace butts (hammers come with shanks that fit,) but is there a way to modify original shanks to fit larger hammers?
