David I'm the one who posted those pictures of a Ludwig grand with this design. I don't have the picture anymore, but I'm tuning this piano on April 9th. I'll be happy to take a few more pictures. This is an old design. The bottom f the screw contacted the back side of the balance rail cloth unching and the keys could be leveled by turning the screw.
