Hi John,

I had this problem 20 or better years ago.  I called a pulley supply place I found in the yellow pages  ........  maybe it was Graingers.  They called the wheel part the sheave and the center part was called the hub I think.  The idea being that you could order the diameter of the pulley and mate it up with the center part.  I never proceeded past announcing my findings and my fee to the owner.  Good luck.
