I agree with Tom.  I use an IPAQ from Compaq.  In Silicon Valley, people are 
always impressed by hi-tech stuff, anyway...:-)  It also houses my Tunelab 
Pocket, and can also be used with the Pocket RCT (when available).  

Very useful for pre-booking service calls.
