  car dealership swapping out the engine with one from another car.  The
  action probably has a serial number on it somewhere in which case it =

  going be the same as the rest of the piano.  The action is as much =
part of
  the piano as any other component.  The buyer has a very good case =
here.  If
  I was the buyer I would not accept the piano and demand a complete =
refund
  immediately.  Even if the dealer agreed to "fix" the problem the false
  business practices alone are more than enough to warrant termination =
of the
  purchase agreement.  I certainly wouldn't want to be doing business =
with
  this person.
