Oh I'm just getting warmed up.  This kind of crap makes everyone in the =
business look bad, particularly other dealers who really are doing a =
good job and run an honest operation.

    This is absolutely despicable and disgusting.  This is no different =
then a
    car dealership swapping out the engine with one from another car.  =
The
    action probably has a serial number on it somewhere in which case it =
is not
    going be the same as the rest of the piano.  The action is as much =
part of
    the piano as any other component.  The buyer has a very good case =
here.  If
    I was the buyer I would not accept the piano and demand a complete =
refund
    immediately.  Even if the dealer agreed to "fix" the problem the =
false
    business practices alone are more than enough to warrant termination =
of the
    purchase agreement.  I certainly wouldn't want to be doing business =
with
    this person.
