Who pays for your time while you are driving a long way to the job?
Who pays for the expense of operating your vehicle during this time?
Who will eventually have to pay to upgrade your transportation? Who
asked you to come? What is your life worth to do work for another
when you could be doing something else?

Ultimately, it's your decision whether to charge or not.
