That is certainly true, BUT I also feel that no dealer should deliver a
grand piano with knuckles sitting on their jacks--it's just too badly =
out of
spec. I know this is an age-old battle but, ultimately, I feel that it =
is
the CUSTOMER who has a right to a delivered piano that is properly set =
up
and regulated. Actually, the customer is the only person in the chain =
who
has every right to be ignorant about these things and to assume that the
piano is right.
