Greetings all --
 
Great collection of responses on this question. I'm glad I didn't generalize
and decided to include the manufacturer and year. Pretty amazing to learn
that the general rules for this problem don't apply sometimes. (But then
what else is new in our work, eh?) Once again this list has proven
invaluable.
