I don't understand how you can "hate" a piano. It's an inanimate object without feelings or emotions. What has it done to you?
Now, if the piano is beyond repair,?and just not worth?working on. I gently tell the customer that?the life span of a piano is 75 - 100 years, after which it it?not worth it to repair any more. I then tell them "I am authorized to give the piano?last rites."????

If it's the customer you "hate", I would just tell them I prefer not to work for you anymore.

What words are?used to?tell a customer you hate their piano and don't want to work on it anymore?
