As far as catching up, that is my own time table. Even my department chairman 
has told me I am working way to hard, that I don't have to get all the pianos 
in shape in the next two years. (perhaps that is a pipe dream, who knows)? 

I used the formula as is was devised, and did the math. As Dave mentioned, 
the formula doesn't take into consideration outsourcing. I also don't think 
the formula takes into consideration someone like me, who comes into a 
situation like I did. The way I used the formula was what the needs of a 
situation would be under "normal" conditions, and under the guidelines as 
prescribed.
