Hi,

The complete body of Ivor Darreg's writings on music is available in
electronic form thanks to the folks at Sonic Arts. Darreg was a
consummate and pragmatic xenharmonicist - his term - a composer,
musician, inventor, instrument builder and tuner, author and theorist
working with a great number of tuning systems. See
<http://www.ixpres.com/interval/darreg/ivorteas.htm> for a little more
information.

His "Shall We Improve the Piano", presented in its 1967 form offers very
keen, often humorous and personal insights to issues that might apply
equally today, so much for normal instruments as extended. The article
is at <http://ixpres.com/interval/darreg/PIANO.HTM>
