liquid protek applicator

Another question - 

I have found that helpful use of protek depends almost
entirely on the versatility of the applicator bottle. 
I would love get one of the bottles with the foot-long
spout, but no-one seems to selling it anymore.  Does
anyone know where I can get one, or have an extra that
they will sell to me?  I have tried to make my own
applicator, but so far my own versions have numerous
problems.  I would appreciate any suggestions.
