Problem with moldy & mildew smell...

I am having a problem getting the "moldy/mildew/dusty" SMELL out of the
action, keys & key bed on a piano that I am rebuilding.  It also appears
that mice have called this piano home at one time.  I have removed all loose
dust & dirt, but the smell remains.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
