Problem with moldy & mildew smell...

Find a company in your area that does fire restorations. They should 
have or could recommend who they use for an ozone chamber.

They use it for upholstered furniture etc. that have been in smoke.

The item is put in the ozone chamber and when it comes out there's no smell.
