Kawai Underlever Tray

Loosen the damper guide rail as well as the bracket screws anchoring the 
lifter tray to the bulkhead.
Then you can side the assembly (dampers included) forwards enough to get 
a  l o n g  phillips head
screw driver to reach the flange screws on top of the tray.

Unless Kawai offers wooden replacements be prepared to fabricate them 
yourself, otherwise
order new flanges/brackets from Kawai.  Replace pins as needed with ones of 
suitable dimension or
replacements from Kawai.

I'd just order it all from Kawai,
