About 2 years ago I was selling a  refurbished Bechstein upright. I happened 
to mention to the prospective  purchaser that the piano had been restrung.. 
She then retorted that "it is no  longer a Bechstein then!"  !!!!!!!
 
Needless to say I lost out on a sale to that  one!

   We have a saying around here for this type of client. They  will end up 
with EXACTLY the kind of piano they deserve  or ask for & they'll probably get 
it from the local hack(used car salesman  type). You'd probably wished she 
hadn't bought if she had. 
  The war on ignorance is never over for those without an ear for  wisdom.
