What's the psychology of this?Alan: My experience has been otherwise: my "no shows" have been a mix of new customers, regular customers who forgot or wrote down the wrong time or date, and a couple of customers who greeted me at the door with "I decided not to have the piano tuned" with no notice.
Guess which one aggravated me the most!
