Courtesey Call

Paul,
As I remind my customers, maybe no one in the household is playing the piano, BUT if someone happens to stop by that does play, they may get a concert if the piano is in good shape being tuned regularly. If finances are a problem give them some suggestions for future dates.

  Hello,

I believe that it is up to the discretion of the tuner to remind the client of an appointment that is already set up in the books, 6 months or 1 year.

The question remains: How would you word the phone call reminding existing clients that a year has gone by and it is time to tune the piano....

Of course they will say, "It does not get played" or "I have no money", what then do you say?

  Paul
